Our Team
Věra Prošková
Head Teacher
My name is Věra, and I am the head teacher in our kindergarten. My path to this profession began at a Secondary Medical School and continued at a Secondary School focused on preschool and extracurricular pedagogy. During my practice, I gained experience not only in Czech kindergartens but also while working as a nanny abroad.
I have completed first aid and speech therapy prevention courses for preschool children, which allows me to ensure their safety and support proper language development.
I enjoy creating and crafting with children because creative activities help develop their imagination and fine motor skills. I enthusiastically prepare various projects and games that not only entertain the children but also help them grow and discover new skills. I see teaching in kindergarten as a calling, and I am constantly looking for new methods to motivate and inspire children.
I continually educate myself and follow new pedagogical approaches to offer children the most varied and effective learning experience. My work brings me joy, and I believe every child deserves an individual approach that helps them shine.
Michaela Tkačuková
Teacher
My name is Míša. I graduated from a hotel management secondary school in Stochov and expanded my education with a nanny course for childcare groups. I also regularly attend health seminars to provide children with the best care and a safe environment. Even though I have only limited babysitting experience, I really enjoy working with children.
My hobbies include creating and crafting various things. I love sports, especially team ball games like volleyball and basketball.
When I work with young children, I enjoy creating different games with them that teach colors, numbers, or even letters. When it comes to crafting and making things, we often work with modeling clay, build forts, or paint pictures. My favorite activity with the children is building little houses from natural materials in the forest — it’s very creative, and the children always love it.
I try to support children’s natural curiosity and help them develop their abilities through play. I believe joy from discovering and creating is the key to every child’s harmonious development.
Kateřina Barvínská
Teacher
My name is Káťa, and I am a university student majoring in Practical Teaching. I am also a qualified childcare provider for children’s groups. My path toward teaching began at my secondary school of media graphics, where I also worked on children’s educational illustrations. This helped me realize that working with children brings me joy and fulfillment.
Besides graphics and drawing, I help organize and actively participate in children's events. I also danced competitively for several years and helped teach younger dancers. In my free time, I enjoy sports and illustrating children's books.
Creativity and imagination are key elements of my work with children. I try to show them that everyone has talent and the ability to create, and I support them in developing their imagination and fine motor skills. My goal is to create an inspiring and enriching environment where they can discover the world through their own fantasy.
David Blecha
Heatlh & Safety Officer
My name is David and I take care of the children’s health at our kindergarten. My path to healthcare started at a public safety police school, where I completed my graduation. I later expanded my education in driving and emergency medical services, giving me experience in providing first aid and healthcare for both children and adults.
At the kindergarten, I work as the health officer, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy spending time with the children and often join them in games and activities. I also teach them basic health knowledge in a playful way, so they learn essential skills from an early age.
I believe in an active approach to working with kids and that even learning about health can be fun and inspiring. I strive to create an environment where children gain not only knowledge but also healthy habits and skills that will help them in everyday life.
Anna Novotná
Deputy Director
My name is Anna, and in our kindergarten I am responsible for operational and administrative management. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport, which also included psychology and pedagogy, giving me a broader perspective on working with children. For several years, I regularly worked with children through various sports activities, which provided me with valuable experience and confidence in understanding their needs.
I enjoy working with people and everything that comes with it — communication, leadership, and collaboration. That’s also why I am currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Economics and Management, specializing in Human Resources, which helps me develop skills that I can apply in the everyday operations of our kindergarten.
What I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to continuously develop the kindergarten environment and ensure that it offers children the highest possible quality of care. My goal is to create a safe, friendly, and harmonious atmosphere where children feel comfortable and parents can be confident that their little ones are in good hands.
Anna Kadlecová
Director
My name is Anna, and I have been part of the kindergarten since its very beginning. I graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences with a Master’s degree (Ing.) in Public Administration and Regional Development. I originally joined the kindergarten as a financial controller for the project, but over time I developed a deep connection to it.
Working with children fulfills me and gives my work a clear purpose. After the previous director left, I took over the complete management of the kindergarten, and today I lead it with love and determination. Every day, I strive to create a pleasant and inspiring environment for children, parents, and colleagues alike.
My goal is to continuously elevate the quality of our kindergarten and create a space where children feel safe and can grow naturally. I work closely with parents and education professionals so that together we can create the best possible environment for our little explorers.
